Villa Louthalia is a two-storey house of around 350 m² in Bourgogne-Fresne, ten minutes from Reims. A large, fully enclosed garden, an 80 m² terrace, an indoor pool heated all year round and a games room: it has been laid out to welcome up to fourteen people without anyone getting under each other's feet.
Indoor pool of 8 × 3.90 m, heated to 28 °C all year round, with a dehumidifier and a lockable safety cover. Swim in January just like in July, sheltered from rain and wind.
The pool is not supervised: children remain under the responsibility of the adults.
Six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. One king-size bed, four queen-size beds and bunk beds for the children. Bed linen and towels provided.

Fully enclosed grounds with a trampoline, a climbing frame with its own small climbing wall, a swing, a slide and a proper pétanque court. The 80 m² terrace has the garden furniture, the picnic table, four sun loungers and the plancha grill.
